Mobile Fitness Classes

Want to bring No More Excuses Fitness to you? That can be arranged!

We customized your class to meet your group's wants and needs.  Here are some of the types of classes we offer. 

Zumba®: Exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.

Yoga: Breath easy and stretch.

Strength: Endurance class with a barbell and dumb-bell weights. 

Kickboxing: High intensity class to improve reflexes, agility, endurance, coordination and focus. All fitness levels.

Tabata or Circuit Boot Camp: Tabata - High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)—20-10-20. Circuit training - strength and cardio stations. 



8-12 weeks, 1-3 classes/week

  • 5 participants $20/person per class
  • 6-9 participants $15/person per class
  • 10-13 participants $13/person per class
  • 14+ participants $11/person per class
