Three Foundations for Success

The YES YOU CAN - More Than a Weight Loss Plan has been built on three foundations for success. We know that the most important component to long-term weight loss is mental well-being. That’s why our modules developed by registered Psychologists, make our plan so unique and has proven to be life changing.

 

Accountability:

  • to yourself by journaling consistently and accurately;

  • to your plan by full participation with your personal coach, classes, mental well-being modules and reviews

 Mental Well-Being:

  • mental well-being modules based on Cognitive and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, created by registered Psychologists for positive lifestyle changes

 Physical Well-Being:

  • conscious attempts to increase daily movement, for example: taking stairs instead of an elevator

  • a commitment of 45 minutes to 1 hour of purposeful movement at least twice weekly by elevating your heart rate, and placing demands on your muscles

With Your Plan You Receive

  • orientation with your YES YOU CAN Coach and your community to get you all set up to begin your journey

  • one group fitness class per week and access to our online fitness class library

  • mental well-being modules to complete. Our registered Psychologists developed program will guide you through an educational process to learn techniques and strategies for positive behaviour change. The modules will draw upon several behaviour therapies including CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) and DBT (dialectical behaviour therapy)

  • your very own binder, with journaling sheets, strategies, recipes based on the Canadian Food Guide, and so much more

  • scheduled online module reviews - to gather with your community and your YES YOU CAN Coach to share your thoughts and insights

  • ongoing support and accountability from your YES YOU CAN Coach and the NO MORE EXCUSES Fitness team

  • access to our private Facebook YES YOU CAN page for even more support, camaraderie and tons of inspiration

  • Only $125 per month for 3 months

Unlike any other plan, in each 12-week cycle, you receive two of the eight Mental Well-Being Modules.

Modules we offer: New Beginnings, Self-Compassion, Emotional Regulation/Emotional Eating, Meditation/Mindfulness, Setting Boundaries, Anxiety, Anxiety/Sleep Hygiene and Look At You Now!
