YES YOU CAN Triathlon 2026! For all fitness levels, inclusion at it’s best!!!
NO MORE EXCUSES Fitness is having it’s 5th annual YES YOU CAN Triathlon on June 6th, 2025 and YES YOU CAN do this!! You will have a choice to participate in our Sprint Triathlon or Try-a-Triathlon with modifications so that YOU will cross that finish line! Registration is now open!

Date: June 6th, 2025
Location: The swim portion will be held at the University of Alberta West Pool Bike and the Run/Walk will be around the River Valley, Government House Park, and head into the McKinnon Ravine.
Registration Fee: $150 and a donation to the Edmonton Food Bank. Family rate: all additional household family members pay $125 each.
You receive a Medal, Fantastic Refreshments, and Tons of Prizes. The registration fee is non-refundable.
