Our classes are made up of people with all abilities and fitness levels coming together to work hard, laugh, and get stronger. Studio members thrive in our positive atmosphere of acceptance and encouragement.

There are no mirrors on our studio walls and members love our signature cold minty towels after every workout.  

We're realistic and work hard to keep you accountable so you can make up missed classes in each session.

8:30-9:15 Spin: Burn calories up to an average of 600 to 800 per class by pedaling at various intensities for one hour on a spin bike to great music and inspirational instructors. Be prepared for great sweaty fun and a real sense of accomplishment when everyone shares how many calories they've burned. For all fitness levels.

Tabata Trek
5:45-6:45Tabata Trek: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the microburst training method of 20 seconds work - 10 seconds rest to keep you burning calories for hours. You will be switching back and forth from your spin bike to the floor for strength exercises every 4 1/2 minutes. What a great workout! For all fitness levels.

Strength
5:45-6:45Strength: Endurance class with a barbell and dumb-bell weights designed to boost muscle growth, make you stronger and burn tons of calories - during class and after. You will feel the difference within two weeks. For all fitness levels.

TRX Cardio Conditioning
5:45-6:45TRX Cardio Conditioning: A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style class with a combination of TRX strength exercises and cardio conditioning floor exercises. Developed by the Navy Seals, TRX suspension training uses body weight exercises that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. An intense all in one class suitable for all fitness levels.

Strength

Core & Restore
5:45-6:45Core & Restore: Balance out your week by focusing on full body core exercises and then start relaxing using common yoga and Pilates exercises to strengthen, stretch and relax. For all fitness levels.

Strength
9:30-10:30Strength: Endurance class with a barbell and dumb-bell weights designed to boost muscle growth, make you stronger and burn tons of calories - during class and after. You will feel the difference within two weeks. For all fitness levels.

Tabata GX / Step
9:30-10:30Tabata GX / Step: This 20-30-45 seconds circuit training class uses intermittent performance methods to help expand your strength, mobility, cardio and improve your fitness level like no other. The intervals will include progressive HIITs (High Intensity Interval Training), max interval, and mixed intervals and includes fun games to create camaraderie, community, and connection. For all fitness levels.

Barre
9:30-10:30Barre: An invigorating class that focuses on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Find those deep stabilizing core muscles in this balance and stability class using bender balls and other equipment for a fun twist to your training. For all fitness levels.

Strength

Build your strength and confidence in a safe, caring and fun environment. Join us anytime. Cost is $75 for six weeks.

Cardio Drums/Step
4:30-5:30Cardio Drums/Step: Our brand new drumming program which combines traditional aerobic movements with the powerful world rhythms and beats on a stability ball for the first 1/2 hour. Followed by step aerobics for the next 1/2 hour. This invigorating class which will have you moving and before you know it, the hour has passed and you’ve had an incredible work-out!! For all fitness levels.

Spin

Step
5:15-6:00Step: It's baaack! Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. For all fitness levels.

Kettlebell Explosion
5:15-6:00Kettlebell Explosion: this class combines the stability and challenge of a muscular endurance clas with the caloric burn and intensity of a HIIT class. Sweat bullets, build power and increase overall endurance. Your body will love you for it….it’s a Kettlebell swinging good time. .

Run with Jaime Workshop – Starts September 9th
7:30-8:15Run with Jaime Workshop: Have you ever wanted to learn to run or maybe you do run and want some tips on improving. Well, this workshop is for you!!! Come join us for 6 weeks on Mondays at 7:30 pm to become a top notch "runner" or speed walker.

Learn from the best with our Jaime, a prolific marathon runner who when started running in 2009, wasn't able to run for one minute straight. Running is now a huge part of her life! You will be amazed how much you can learn in 6 week. YOU can do this!! Cross this off your bucket list.

Location will be determined each week. First week will be at our studio.

Balls & Blocks & Straps - Challenge your body with some unconventional movement patterns to help with your balance, range of motion and muscle imbalances.

Mindful Motion Flow - A slow mindful practice with a well balanced blend of various styles of yoga. Slow transitions, longer hold times and movements that flow together with your breath to encourage calmness of our body and mind.

Yin & Yang - This Hatha practice focuses on restoring ones balance both physically and mentally.

As a registered program facility, members register for the entirety of the session or what is left of the session. Members may register for as many classes as they choose to, and are charged based on the total number of classes they take per week and how many weeks are left of the session.  An invoice will then sent with the total amount - installment payments are accepted. 

  • 1 class/week $16 per class

  • 2 classes/week $14 per class

  • 3 classes/week $10 per class

  • 4 classes/week $8 per class

  • 5 classes/week $7 per class

  • Each additional class will be $7 per class

  • Family rates available

  • Drop-in/class $20 (must email first)

We know how busy life can be, that’s why we offer a make-up system, unique to NO MORE EXCUSES fitness. When a class has to be missed, our system allows every member to take themselves out of their class and sign up for another anytime within the session. Please contact us for more information.
