4:30-5:30Our brand new drumming program which combines traditional aerobic movements with the powerful world rhythms and beats on a stability ball for the first 1/2 hour. Followed by step aerobics for the next 1/2 hour. This invigorating class which will have you moving and before you know it, the hour has passed and you’ve had an incredible work-out!! 5:15-6:00It's baaack! Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. For all fitness levels.

Learn to Run with Jaime Workshop
6:15-7:00Have you ever wanted to learn to run or maybe you do run and want some tips on improving. Well, this workshop is for you!!! Come join us for 6 weeks on Fridays at 6:15pm to become a top notch "runner." You'll finish your workshop with an optional 5 km Run for Women at Laurier Park on May 25th.

Learn from the best with our Jaime, a prolific marathon runner who when started running in 2009, wasn't able to run for one minute straight. Running is now a huge part of her life! You will be amazed how much you can learn in 6 week. YOU can do this!! Cross this off your bucket list.
