Our classes are made up of people with all abilities and fitness levels coming together to work hard, laugh, and get stronger. Studio members thrive in our positive atmosphere of acceptance and encouragement.

There are no mirrors on our studio walls and members love our signature cold minty towels after every workout.  

We're realistic and work hard to keep you accountable so you can make up missed classes in each session.

Barre: An invigorating class that focuses on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.  Find those deep stabilizing core muscles in this balance and stability class using bender balls and other equipment for a fun twist to your training. For all fitness levels.

BootCamp Circuit: This circuit class is sure to get your body moving with it’s combination of strength and cardio exercises. Rotate around the room in different stations while using all the coolest and newest fitness toys in our studio such as Kettle bells, chin-up bar, truck tire, ropes and plyo-box. For all fitness levels.

Core and Restore: Balance out your week by focusing on full body core exercises and then start relaxing using common yoga and Pilates exercises to strengthen, stretch and relax. For all fitness levels.

Drums Alive: our brand new drumming program which combines traditional aerobic movements with the powerful world rhythms and beats on a stability ball. This invigorating class which will have you moving and before you know it, the hour has passed and you’ve had an incredible work-out!! For all fitness levels.

Kickboxing/TRX Conditioning: a combination class of Kickboxing and TRX Conditioning to improve reflexes, agility, endurance, coordination and focus. Boxing moves are coupled with cardio and strength rounds to give you an incredible workout. All fitness levels.

POUND® Fitness: Provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out with drum-sticks! This exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. For all fitness levels.

Spin: Burn calories up to an average of 600 to 800 per class by pedaling at various intensities for one hour on a spin bike to great music and inspirational instructors.  Be prepared for great sweaty fun and a real sense of accomplishment when everyone shares how many calories they've burned. For all fitness levels.

Spin/Strength: Great combination of two popular classes. Pedal at various intensities for 1/2 hour with great music and tons of motivation followed by 1/2 hour strength based exercises that will for sure give you a full body workout. For all fitness levels.

Step: It's baaack! Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. For all fitness levels.

Strength: Endurance class with a barbell and dumb-bell weights designed to boost muscle growth, make you stronger and burn tons of calories - during class and after. You will feel the difference within two weeks. For all fitness levels.

Strength Tabata: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the microburst training method of 20 seconds work - 10 seconds rest to keep you burning calories for hours. Focusing only on strength exercises for a great work out. For all fitness levels.

TRX Cardio Conditioning: A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style class with a combination of TRX strength exercises and cardio conditioning floor exercises. Developed by the Navy Seals, TRX suspension training uses body weight exercises that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. An intense all in one class suitable for all fitness levels.

Tabata BootCamp: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the microburst training method of 20 seconds work - 10 seconds rest to keep you burning calories for hours. Combination of strength and cardio exercises for a great work out. For all fitness levels.

Tabata GX: This 20-30-45 seconds circuit  training class uses intermittent performance methods to help expand your strength, mobility, cardio and improve your fitness level like no other.  The intervals will include progressive HIITs (High Intensity Interval Training), max interval, and mixed intervals and includes fun games to create camaraderie, community, and connection. For all fitness levels.

Tabata Trek: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the microburst training method of 20 seconds work - 10 seconds rest to keep you burning calories for hours. You will be switching back and forth from your spin bike to the floor for strength exercises every 4 1/2 minutes. What a great workout! For all fitness levels.

YES YOU CAN Fitness Classes: A 6-week introduction to group fitness for plus size clients and for those who are starting out on their fitness journey. Including Kickboxing, Strength, Dance Party, POUND®, TRX/Cardio Conditioning, Tabata Bootcamp and Bootcamp Circuit Training components. Yoga Fusion: our yoga class is like no class you have taken. Let’s stretch, breath and relax the NME’s way. Gain flexibility, strength and balance while having some fun. For all fitness levels.

Zumba/POUND fitness: Come sweat it out to your favorite international songs. Move and shake and dance yourself strong with disco lights to inspire your inner party animal and then feel like a rock star in our POUND class while drumming those frustrations away. For all fitness levels.

As a registered program facility, members register for the entirety of the session or what is left of the session. Members may register for as many classes as they choose to, and are charged based on the total number of classes they take per week and how many weeks are left of the session.  An invoice will then sent with the total amount - installment payments are accepted. 

  • 1 class/week $16 per class

  • 2 classes/week $14 per class

  • 3 classes/week $10 per class

  • 4 classes/week $8 per class

  • 5 classes/week $7 per class

  • Each additional class will be $7 per class

  • Family rates available

  • Drop-in/class $20 (must email first)
