Mobile Fitness Classes
Want to bring No More Excuses Fitness to you? That can be arranged!
Here are some of the types of classes we offer:
Zumba®: Exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.
POUND®: This exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
Yoga: Breath easy and stretch.
Strength: Endurance class with a barbell and dumb-bell weights.
Kickboxing: High intensity class to improve reflexes, agility, endurance, coordination and focus. All fitness levels.
Tabata or Circuit Boot Camp: Tabata - High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)—20-10-20. Circuit training - strength and cardio stations.
8-12 weeks, 1-3 classes/week
5 participants $20/person per class
6-9 participants $15/person per class
10-13 participants $13/person per class
14+ participants $11/person per class
