Our classes are made up of people with all abilities and fitness levels coming together to work hard, laugh, and get stronger. Studio members thrive in our positive atmosphere of acceptance and encouragement.

There are no mirrors on our studio walls. We're realistic and work hard to keep you accountable so you can make up missed classes in each session.

8:30-9:15Spin/Tri-Spin Spin:Such a great cardio class!!! Burn calories up to an average of 300 to 500 per class by pedaling at various intensities to amazing music and great motivation, for 45 minutes on our top-of-the-line spin bikes. TRI-SPIN: A fantastic class that will improve your endurance and strength as you train for your YES YOU CAN Triathlon. For all fitness levels.


Strength Tabata
9:30-10:30Strength Tabata: A great HIIT class using the microburst training method of 20 seconds work /10 seconds rest to get you strong and burn calories for hours. A variety of strength based exercises for a great work out.  All fitness levels.



 

Core & Restore
9:30-10:30Core and Restore: Finish your week off focusing on full body core exercises and then start relaxing using common yoga and pilates exercises to stretch and relax before the weekend. For all fitness levels.

Tabata Trek
9:15-10:15Tabata Trek: Another amazing HIIT class using the microburst training method of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest to keep you burning calories for hours. You will be switching back and forth from your spin bike to the floor for strength exercises every 4 1/2 minutes. What a great workout! For all fitness levels.

Strength
9:30-10:30Strength: A fantastic endurance class with a barbell and dumb-bell weights designed to boost muscle growth and make you stronger and burn tons of calories during and after class. You will feel the difference within two weeks. All fitness levels.


Functional Fit
10:30-11:30Functional Fit: An invigorating class that focuses on dynamic strength  and cardio training using many personal training tools such as resistant band, kettlebells, TRX straps, bender and stability balls and gliders for a fun twist to your work-outs. For all fitness levels.

10:45-11:45YES YOU CAN A 6-week introduction to group fitness for those who are starting out on their fitness journey or for those who like variety. Including Strength, ZUMBA/POUND, Functional Fit, TRX/Cardio Conditioning, Tabata Bootcamp. Build your strength and confidence in a safe, caring, and fun environment. Join us anytime. Cost is $75 for 6 weeks.

Bootcamp circuit combines many of our personal training tools such as ropes, tires, boxing, kettlebells and so much more focusing on dynamic strength  and cardio training in a circuit style class. Cardio Bender Ball
6:30-7:30Cardio Bender Ball: The little ball that does it all. This 60 minutes body conditioning class will enhances your functional fitness and core body strength. In additional it will challenge your cardio-vascular system without high impact demands to your body. You will soon grow to love this little green ball for all that it does. For all fitness levels.

As a registered program facility, members register for the entirety of the session or what is left of the session. Members may register for as many classes as they choose to, and are charged based on the total number of classes they take per week and how many weeks are left of the session.  An invoice will then sent with the total amount - installment payments are accepted. 

Studio Class pricing

  • 1 class/week - $18 per class - $72 monthly

  • 2 classes/week - $15 per class - $120 monthly

  • 3 classes/week - $12 per class - $144 monthly

  • 4 classes/week - $10 per class - $160 monthly

  • additional classes/week - $10 per class

Fitness Class Passes now available

  • 5 classes for $100

  • 10 classes for $190.

We know how busy life can be, that’s why we offer a make-up system, unique to NO MORE EXCUSES. When a class has to be missed, our system allows every member to take themselves out our their class and sign up for another anytime within the session. Please contact us for more information.
