Who are we? Our classes are made up of people with all abilities and fitness levels coming together to work hard, laugh, and get stronger. Studio members thrive in our positive atmosphere of acceptance and encouragement.

There are no mirrors on our studio walls and members love our signature minty towels after every workout.  

We're realistic and work hard to keep you accountable so you can make up missed classes in each session.

Classes for all 

Strength: Endurance class with a barbell and dumb-bell weights designed to boost muscle growth and make you stronger. You will feel the difference within two weeks. All fitness levels.

High Fitness:  AEROBICS is Back!  Bigger, Better, HIGHer! One of our most popular classes, HIGH Fitness is a fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. 

YES YOU CAN Workshop: A 6-week introduction to group fitness for those who are over-weight.  Including kickboxing, strength, High fitness, TRX, Tabata and Bootcamp components. Build your strength and confidence in a safe, caring and fun environment.  Join us anytime.  

POUND Fitness:  Brand new class, designed for all fitness levels, provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out with drum-sticks! This exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.

POUND Chill: Great way to end the week off with a class that focuses on glutes, core, hamstrings, lower back and stretching.  For all fitness levels.

Tabata BootCamp: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the microburst training method of 20 seconds work - 10 seconds rest to keep you burning calories for hours.  Combination of strength and cardio exercises for a great work out.  All fitness levels.

TRX Cardio Conditioning:  A HITT syle class with a combination of TRX strength exercises and cardio conditioning floor exercises.   Developed by the Navy Seals,  TRX suspension training uses body weight exercises that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.  An intense all in one class suitable for all fitness levels.

Spin:  Burn calories up to an average of 600 to 800 per class by pedaling at various intensities for one hour on a spin bike.  Great sweaty fun and for all fitness levels.

ZumbaExotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats will have you dancing the calories away.  All fitness levels.

Tabata Trek:  High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the microburst training method of 20 seconds work - 10 seconds rest to keep you burning calories for hours.  You will be switching back and forth from your spin bike to the floor for strength exercises every 4 1/2 minutes.  What a great workout!  For all fitness levels.

Cardio, Core & Stretch: 30 min of cardio and core conditioning floor exercises,  followed by 30 min of stretching to increase flexibily.  For all fitness levels.

Combo Tabata/Spin: 30 minutes of Tabata BootCamp followed by a 30 minutes of Spin training. Another best of both worlds class.  For all fitness levels.

Kickboxing: An awesome class to improve reflexes, agility, endurance, coordination and focus. Boxing moves are coupled with cardio and strength rounds to give you an incredible workout. All fitness levels.

Butts, Gutts and Stretch: A bootcamp style class focusing on core, glutes, lower back and stretching.  For all fitness levels, that are looking for something a bit different.

   Prices per class

As a registered program facility, members register for the entirety of the session or what is left of the session. Members may register for as many classes as they choose to, and are charged based on the total number of classes they take per week and how many weeks are left of the session.  An invoice will then sent with the total amount, where payments can be made towards the total.
